Acceptance

By accessing ScenarioPlanning AI, using the website, or starting checkout, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

ScenarioPlanning AI provides business planning software for scenario trees, stakeholder simulation, decision matrices, comments, version comparison, and memo export. The service is a planning aid and does not make decisions for you.

Accounts and Access

Paid access may require order confirmation, workspace provisioning, and reasonable identity or abuse-prevention checks. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and workspace information.

Payments and Billing

Checkout is handled by NOWPayments. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may be paid through supported crypto payment rails. Annual plans are charged once per year at the displayed annual amount. Network fees, exchange-rate movement, failed transactions, underpayment, overpayment, and delayed blockchain confirmation may affect payment completion.

Refunds

Refund requests can be sent to support@aigeamy.com. We review requests within 3 business days. Refund eligibility may depend on payment status, delivered access, usage, fraud risk, network fees, and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

AI Outputs and Professional Review

AI-generated scenarios, agent reactions, risk notes, and memos may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and making final business, legal, financial, operational, and strategic decisions.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with infrastructure, reverse engineer non-public systems, upload unlawful content, violate third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for decisions that require regulated professional judgment without appropriate review.

Customer Content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, secure, and support that content for the service.

Intellectual Property

The website, software, templates, visual design, and product workflows are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the access granted by your plan, no rights are transferred.

Availability

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for security, legal, operational, or product reasons.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim or 100 U.S. dollars.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
